In the field of OEM Heavy Rework, X-DENT PDR has completed several major projects that confirm our expertise and high level of implementation. Among our greatest achievements is the refurbishment of 65,000 vehicles for General Motors in St. Louis. We are currently involved in a multi-month project in Eisenach for Stellantis, which is still in progress. These achievements confirm our ability to manage large and demanding projects with an emphasis on precision, quality, and maximum efficiency.
Paintless Dent Repair
Global projects and proven performance of X-DENT PDR
Our company is proud to have participated in some of the world's most significant projects in the field of Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and OEM Heavy Rework. Our many years of experience and international presence have enabled us to handle repairs on an extraordinary scale and with exceptional quality.In 2015, we successfully repaired 15,000 vehicles damaged by hail in Mexico in just seven weeks.In 2020, we repaired 22,000 vehicles for General Motors in Santiago de Querétaro after a severe hailstorm.In 2024, we completed a project for Ford involving the repair of 35,000 vehicles with a high degree of efficiency and quality. And in 2025, we helped save 18,000 vehicles in Saltillo, Mexico, that would otherwise have been scrapped, helping Stellantis avoid significant financial losses.
R&I
Professional removal and installation of vehicle components
Our services also include R&I (Remove and Install) work, which involves the professional removal and subsequent installation of various vehicle components. This process is necessary for repairs that require the temporary removal of body or interior parts—such as doors, upholstery, windows, bumpers, or dashboards—in order to access the damaged area and then reinstall the parts accurately.During our 16 years in the industry, our team has been involved in the repair of approximately one million vehicles in various countries, confirming our experience and consistent quality of work.
